Our Public Programs
Since 2005, The Gohan Society has been a center for discovering, appreciating and furthering Japanese food culture in New York City. In addition to our Member events, School programs, and Chef Scholar tours, we host numerous public programs and events throughout the year for anyone to attend and take part in the rich gastronomic heritage of Japan.
Our past public events have included producer tours, dinners, tastings, and talks. We often partner with other cultural organizations and businesses. If you are interested in co-hosting an event, please email info@gohansociety.org.
