The benefit will be a spectacular omakase dining experience paired with excellent sake and wine, honoring Michelin-Starred Chef & James Beard Award-Winning “Best Chef of New York City” Chef Gabriel Kreuther, featuring premium Wagyu beef, specialty fish and other delicacies from Japan. We are proud to have cooking at this event along with Chef Gabriel, Michelin-Starred Chef Shin Takagi of the renowned Zeniya in Kanazawa, Japan and acclaimed Chef Michael Romano, formerly of Union Square Cafe.
