We are proud to honor Michelin Star Chef Gabriel Kreuther of Gabriel Kreuther Restaurant in New York City and Qta Asada, owner of the renowned Asadaya in Ishikawa, Japan. Chef Kreuther and Mr. Asada are both active supporters of The Gohan Society’s U.S.-Japan Culinary Cultural Exchange Chefs Scholarship Program. They embody the spirit of collaboration between the U.S. and Japan. The benefit will be a spectacular event featuring the finest chefs in New York City and premium Wagyu beef, tuna, and other delicacies from Japan.

The mission of The Gohan Society is to foster an understanding and appreciation of Japan’s culinary heritage in the United States through outreach to chefs, culinary arts professionals, and all who admire and enjoy Japanese culture.
