Garnish with small red pepper

3 ounces Ginga Kogen
1 1/ 2 ounces Del Maguey Crema Mezcal
8 mint leaves
3 sprigs cilantro
3/4 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce habenero syrup
Collins glass over crushed ice
Garnish with mint sprig
Rising Sun
3 ounces Sapporo
1 1/2 ounce Satsuma Mura Imo Shochu
1 1/2 ounce House Sangrita
1/4 barspoon John’s Sriracha
1/4 barspoon Wasabi
1/4 ounce white soy/smoked tomato Ponzu
Serve in Pilsner Glass over Kold Draft
Garnish with Kumamoto oyster on the half shell on top of glass
