The Guest Chef Dinner at All’onda with Koji Hagihara of Hakata Tonton took place on March 2, 2015. Chef Hagihara joined Chef Chris Jaeckle in the All’onda kitchen to prepare a six-course tasting menu inspired by the flavors of Japan and Italy and applied to pasta and ramen. Wine of Japan provided sake and beer tastings to complement the chefs’ creations.

Everything was delicious, and the portions were quite large for a tasting menu! The guests left the restaurants happy and full!
