Tomato-Miso Vinaigrette

3 Small slices of ginger
1 English cucumber slice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2tbsp Shichimi pepper
1 Large shallot sliced
1 Rib of celery sliced
2 Cloves of garlic crushed
2 Lime peel

Miso Glazed Short Rib with Corn, Tofu, Daikon Radish, and Scallion

Miso Glaze for 5 Boneless Short Ribs

1/4 cup Whiskey
1/4 cup Mirin
1/4 cup Yuzu
3T Maple Syrup
1T Garlic Powder
1T Ginger Powder
