Ahead of The Gohan Society and Globus Washitsu’s February 27 event Creating a Seasonal Sensibility for the Table, guest presenter Elizabeth Andoh of A Taste of Culture has prepared a series of recipes themed to Hina Matsuri, or Doll’s Day, which is observed in Japan on March 3.
